A Cottage Garden
This sunny side yard was transformed from a plain grass strip into a delightful Cottage Garden with a winding grass path meandering through it. A white picket fence with arbor and gate was installed as the formal entryway. Eleven trees and over 50 shrubs were planted. There are several climbing rose bushes and hundreds of perennials and spring flowering bulbs planted in this garden. Under the large White Pine is a semi circular shade garden with over 20 different varieties of Hostas. There is always something in bloom from late March until mid November in this colorful garden. |
