Design Basics

• The First Visit
  One complementary consultation at your home where we will meet and discuss your ideas, likes and dislikes, as well as your family needs. If you have any pictures of garden ideas at you've been collecting, we'd love to see them! During the initial consultation we will discuss your budget and how we can meet your needs with the many levels of services we have to offer. If you have a copy of your Plat of Survey, it can be very helpful to us at this stage of the process.
  
  
• The Second Visit
  We will present a preliminary scale drawing which will reflect the concepts that were previously discussed. Photographs of suggested plant material will be provided so the client is better able to visualize the final result.
  
  
• The Third Visit
  You will be presented with three sets of your final landscape plans accompanied by a list of the plant materials using their common and botanical names. Each set will include a planting and hardscape sheet showing location of trees, shrubs, plants, patios, walkways, garden walls and water features.
  
  
• Design Fees
  These are dependent on the size and complexity of the property and the design.
